CNCF End of Year Super Celebration!

Who: You!

What: a party, because this year was awesome!

When: 7pm Saturday, (not Friday, due to the men's spring event)

Where: the Howell's home, the same place as last year- 5011 E. Moore's Creek Rd.

We're gonna get off campus this weekend for some movie viewing awesomeness. Plan to head over to the west side of town because it's where its at. We'll be going back just a few years and watching the original Karate Kid. Here's the official plan:

Some of you may remember this time last year and a particularly awesome Friday evening. Think back: exploding coke and mentos, Texas license plates, dumpster items and 9:00 o'clock curfews. That's right- it's scavenger hunt time! 

Ok. We just hit April and have only a few more Fridays of the semester left. Crazy, we know; it's one of those 'time flies when you're having fun' instances. But, it's also time to get in our guy/girl split for the month. So, men and women, check it out and enjoy your evenings!

 MEN: 

As many of you may know, this week is Holy Week. For those of you who didn't know, keep reading. Now, you may ask, what does that really mean? Is there something special about these seven days compared to all the rest of 'em? And actually, yes- there is! 

Spring break may be over, but that doesn't mean that spring is. Nope- it's just starting! There have been some spring showers but there've also been some absolutely beautiful days. Blue skies and sunshine seem to make everything better, even going to classes after a week off. 

In light of this, we want to celebrate by doing something really 'springish' like... a PICNIC. Maybe that counts as more of a summer time thing, but there's no harm in practicing. So, here's the plan for a perfectly pleasurable peaceful and pastoral picnic (say that three times fast!) :

It's gorgeous outside and definitely starting to feel like spring. This is rather appropriate as SPRING BREAK is next week. And you are totally psyched, right? Maybe just a little?

Newsflash: men and women are different, in case you haven’t noticed. And sometimes, they just like different things. For example, men like to wrestle; women like to talk.  Those two things don’t usually go together so well. So, once a month, we like to give the men and women of CNCF a chance to split up and have their own Friday night fun.

This weekend just so happens to be one of these splits. In case you have doubts about how cool this really is, just take a look below:
