How to Know God's Will

How to Know God's Will

Have you ever puzzled over God's will for your life? How do you know? I mean, really know? Should you expect a sign from heaven? An audible voice? A lot of warm fuzzy feelings? Should you feel a peace in your heart?

Does the Holy Spirit really want to guide and direct our decisions? How does He do it? We know the Holy Spirit gave us the Bible, but how does that come into the picture?

College students have a lot of tough decisions to make--some of the toughest and most important decisions of your lives, in fact. What should your major be? What about your career path? Should you date that guy? Should you pop the question? Much less questions like, "What should I wear today?"

Even worse are the questions after the decisons that have been made. Is there such a thing as God's "perfect will?" Did I just blow it by failing to make the decision God really wanted me to make? Am I doomed to a life of second bests because I didn't have the faith to follow "God's will?"

That's why this is always one of the hottest topics we ever deal with. You're looking for guidance. And we're here to help you sort through the mess.

Join us this Tuesday night at 8pm in Neal-Marshall A201 as we learn from guest speaker Max Curell how to know the will of God for our lives.

First Fold Tonight!!!

Saints & SinnersThat's right, the Fold kicks off tonight at 8pm in Neal-Marshall A201. We're looking forward to seeing you there.

This semester we're going to be in a study called Saints & Sinners. It's an in-depth look at the Bible's Hall of Fame--Hebrews 11. But what we'll discover as we survey the lives of the men and women God says are examples of faith might shock some of you.

It's true: they were men and women of great faith. But they were also murderers. Adulterers. Liars. Thieves. There's even a prostitute in there.

So come find out more tonight, and learn how to get plugged in to the ministry!

How to get to the Fold
