Freshmen: We'll be meeting tonight at 8pm in the Barnes Lounge in Ashton. We'll spend some time getting to know each other, maybe shoot a little pool or something, and go ahead and have our first lesson. Jake and Amanda will be leading the study together, and Jason Chen will be helping out.

Upperclassman Ladies: We'll be meeting tonight at Kelly Steinmetz's house at 8:15. We'll spend time just hanging out, eating yummy desserts, and getting back in the swing of things. Then we'll talk about the book we're reading this semester: Practical Theology for Women, by Wendy Alsup. The study will be led by Kelly S. and Dani M. Need a ride or directions?

Every year we have some turnover in CNCF leadership, and we have new leaders join us. This year we're pleased to have Jason Chen serving with us as a first year intern. Jason will be co-leading our freshman discipleship group, coordinating our outreach efforts, and doing lots of other fun and helpful things.
Jason studied violin performance at IU before being called to pursue pastoral ministry. Here's a video I took of Jason playing his violin in our living room last night after we met to talk through the freshman d-group tonight. Of course, he's thoroughly embarrassed by how awful he sounds, but I think it's pretty impressive. Don't you?
Hey, it's finally summer time (and it finally feels like it, too). Some of you are still hanging around B'Town and looking for something to do.
Come hang out with us! We've been meeting every Tuesday night at 8pm at Pastor Max Curell's place for Bible Study, fellowship, and fun. The Curells live right across the street from the disc golf course, soccer fields, and picnic tables of Karst Farm Park, so we're expecting to have a blast. Come early and get a game of ultimate in!
This is a quick reminder that discipleship groups will be starting tonight at 8pm. There will be meetings in North, Central, and South campus. Below is information for each area you live in. We hope to see you there!
