It doesn't matter if you're a freshman, a senior, or a grad student—if you attend IU we have something for you. Our Bible studies meet throughout the week for in-depth study, prayer, and mutual accountability. If you're a student looking for deeper Christian fellowship, this is the place for you.
The Ten Commandments
This semester all of our undergraduate students will be studying the Ten Commandments.
You might be thinking, The Ten Commandments? That seems a little elementary. Isn't that what 5-year-olds learn in Sunday School?
Well, yes, it is. But that doesn't mean we can't continue to learn from God's Law. In fact, most of us don't even know the Ten Commandments as well as we think. Can you name all ten? Can you name them in order? Do you know what Jesus taught about the the Ten Commandments? Do they still apply today? How so? Do we need to study God's law, even though we're under grace? Why or why not? Does it matter if I keep the Ten Commandments? How do I keep them? What's the big deal? We'll be answering these questions and many, many more this semester in our undergraduate Bible studies.
We're all studying this together, but we've got several options of men's and women's Bible studies that meet at different times in convenient locations on campus. For these studies we meet in smaller and more intimate groups than at The Fold, so that we can focus more intently on relationships and on personal application of God's Word with each other.
The Bible study schedule is listed below:
We will also be having a Grad/Faculty Discussion Group every week at the IMU! Stay tuned to find out what we'll be studying and where/when we'll be meeting!
